Engwell is able to perform swimming pool safety inspections and to provide inspections for pool owners to obtain pool safety compliance certificate. 

12 December 2010 - Brisbane Wholesale City

Engwell is appointed the principal designer and engineer for proposed ‘Brisbane Wholesale City’ in Redbank. The site is 10.6ha and this proposal when complete is probably the largest wholesale facilities in South East Queensland.

12 December 2010 - Mixed Use Landmark

Engwell is working with Peddle Thorp Architects and Urban Strategies for a 15 storey mixed use complex in a key southern suburb. The proposal has obtained the initial support from Brisbane City Council.

02 December 2010 - New Swimming Pool Laws

New swimming pool safety laws commenced from 1 December 2010. Home pool owners can contact Engwell to assist them for compliance.
